The Macallan Harmony Fine Cacao Scotch Whisky 700mL 40%

The 2nd bottling in a new line of releases for Macallan, the Harmony Collection aims to bring more sustainability to Macallan’s top tier whisky. The packaging for this edition utlises discarded cacao husks. The Fine Cacao Edition is a collaboration with Spanish chef and chocolatier, Jordi Roca of Casa Cacao and El Celler de Can Roca. Taking inspiration from their high quality chocolates, Polly Logan searched through the Macallan warehouses for casks rich in chocolate style notes.

This is a must have for serious collectors and hard to find in Ausralia!
