Suntory Yamazaki 2015 Limited Edition Japanese Whisky 43% 700ml

Created by Suntory Chief Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo, this latest Yamazaki bottling blends several single malts from the distillery. Beautifully packaged, the bottle features imagery of Yamazaki’s pot stills and the kanji characters for Yamazaki in gold. The makeup consists of whisky that has been aged for 20 years in ex European oak that previously housed red wine, whisky that has been aged for 20 years in Port barrels and the body stemming from a younger ex bourbon cask whisky. These three elements are married perfectly to create as malt with unparallel complexity, and after Yamazaki took out the best whisky in the world you know this won’t stick around.
