Sullivans Cove Private Cask Distiller’s Small Batch Selection 700ml 47.7%

Distilled at Sullivans Cove distilled in Hobart, Tasmania this single malt has used the traditional whisky production methods using Tasmanian ingredients. They got their name from the area in which Captain David Collins lead a settlement of people, back in 1804 which has now developed and became Hobart. This expression is from a private cask and has been bottled free from chill flirtation at 47.7% abv after two years of maturation in an oak cask. PBO0654 distilled in July 2015 and bottled in August 2017.
