Bakery Hill High Seas Australian Whisky 500ml 55%

High Seas is the end point of a 12 year labour of love commencing when a full barrel of whisky was loaded onto a boat and set sail from the very north of Scotland.

The barrel journeyed halfway around the world on the high seas before being decanted and settling into its Bayswater home, ready to be filled with signature Bakery Hill peated single malt. 11 years of maturation later (equivalent to a good 22 years in Scotland) and we are proud to present this very special Bakery Hill whisky. Matured fully in a single 220L American oak barrel (previously holding sherry finish whisky from a mystery Scottish distillery).

The day has come to open this beauty up and enjoy.
