Our Classic Single Malt, drawn straight from the cask, is the ultimate tasting experience of pure double distilled unpeated spirit.
All of the nose and flavour profiles of the Classic Single Malt but ramped up to 11, without dilution, so you can enjoy the whisky as you see fit. Perhaps with a couple of drops of water before indulging.
Australian malted barley, milled, brewed and double distilled onsite at our Melbourne distillery – then matured for up to 8 years in American Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels from Jack Daniels in Tennessee.
Single barrel maturation to ensure you get every ounce of flavour without blending. For lovers of cask strength, Speyside or Highland style scotch whiskies, think Macallan, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet or Glenfarclas.
This is as close you will get to trying our whisky with a straw straight from a barrel in our bond store.
