The sale of alcohol made through this website is made under NSW Packaged Liquor license LIQP770017592.

The terms “our”, “we”, and “us” means CoreTech Pty Ltd and “you” and “your” means the customer having an account with us or placing an order with us.

• Please allow between 5-10 business days after despatch for delivery Australia wide
• We do not offer same day or express delivery
• We do not operate a physical store or shop front
• We do not allow collection or pickup of alcohol
• We do not store any alcohol at our licensed premises for taste testing
• Orders may be despatched from our suppliers or directly from distilleries

You will need to provide a residential or business address for delivery.

Upon delivery, the order can only be signed by a person who is aged 18 years old or over.
It is illegal for anyone under 18 years of age to purchase alcohol.

Returns

We cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged stock if package is left unattended at your delivery address.
If a product purchased from us is faulty, damaged or wrongly described, we will replace the stock (if similar product available) or issue a refund of the price paid excluding return postage. All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

Unless the product is faulty or the wrong product was delivered, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

Any request for refund due to change of mind or purchase by mistake will incur an administration / credit facility transaction fee.

Shipping Prices

Delivery cost is flat rate depending on your state of residence. Additional $2 applies for each bottle thereafter (except NSW & ACT).
